Dan graduated from Wright State University, summa cum laude, in 2007 with his B.A. in Accounting. After completing his studies at Wright State Univeristy, he attended law school at Indiana University, graduating magna cum laude, in 2010.  While in law school he participated in several Moot Court competitions, finishing as a semi-finalist in the school's Robert H. Staton Intramural Moot Court Competition and representing the law school as a competitor in the 2009 and 2010 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competitions in Chicago and Houston respectively.  Dan is admitted to practice law in the states of Michigan and Indiana, as well as before the Federal District Courts of Southern and Northern Indiana.

Dan concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, wrongful death, medical malpractice and automobile no-fault law.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Tiffany, and chasing around his increasingly mobile young daughter, Ava. Dan is also an avid sports enthusiast and loves to play basketball as often as possible.
