ALBUQUERQUE, NM - Police are investigating a crash that occurred at a shopping center in northeast Albuquerque on Tuesday night.
According to KOAT, the incident happened at about 10:30 p.m. at a center on Menaul Boulevard near San Mateo Boulevard. Responding officers found that two SUVS had crashed into two separate buildings, causing extensive damage.
One person was transported to an area hospital but there was no immediate word on the severity of the victim's injuries.
The circumstances that led to the incident have not yet been disclosed.
